What you'll need:
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup plus 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Sweetened whipped cream
What you'll do:
Preheat oven to 325F.
Spread cranberries in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
In a bowl, combine eggs and remaining 1 cup sugar.
Add flour and butter. Stir.
Pour batter over cranberries.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is brown and a tester comes out clean.
